My name is Jessica Wassenberg and I have always believed that there is a legal need in our community to provide services for those who cannot afford the market rate of an attorney.  I also believe that a flat-rate feel schedule will allow clients to know when they walk out the door, what the fee will be so that they do not have to worry and can focus on the important aspects of their case.  I graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and have been practicing law for 8 years.  I am dedicated to making the most out of my legal license by assisting the underrepresented population in our community.  

 HOW WE WORK:
We do not hold formal office space, this allows us to keep our overhead low and provide you with the lowest fees possible for your legal services.  I am more than happy to meet you at a local coffee shop near your house or in a conference room at the local library.  I will also be holding weekly walk-in clinics (more details to come on that.  I think that it is important that you feel comfortable enough to share your story so that we can fully understand each other, in that regard; I am willing to make house calls should the need arise.  

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
We are not a free service, the initial consultation fee is $50 for one hour.  This should be enough time for you to explain your case to me and for us to discuss your desires and what you can expect from me.  Generally, we work on a sliding fee basis so you will need to have verification of income; should you choose to retain the Wassenberg Law Group.
